SECRET SWEET AND SOUR MUSTARD SAUCE FOR BRATWURST

2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 cup prepared mustard
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup beef bouillon
1/4 cup butter or margarine

While bratwurst are cooking, whip together eggs, sugar and flour. Mix in mustard, vinegar and bouillon.

Cook in saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened.

Stir in butter. Spread on cooked bratwurst.

Makes 4 servings
