This is a great cole slaw recipe better then KFC

NEW YORK DELI CREAMY COLE SLAW

5 lbs shredded cabbage
6 thinly sliced scallion (white & green)
2 1/2 cups of mayonnaise
1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
3 garlic cloves, crushed
2 tablespoons salt
1 tablespoon pepper
2 tablespoons of caraway seeds (optional) - The caraway seeds give a real good taste, something different.

Place cabbage and scallions in large bowl.

In separate bowl whisk together the mayo and the remaining ingredients. Pour over the cabbage and scallions. Toss well.

Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
